Perfect stay

Nicely decorated, spacious, clean and well-equipped room, the most comfortable mattress, very good coffee, everything is pleasant and welcoming. Very good location opposite CHU. The host is very kind and helpful. This accommodation meets all your needs; I highly recommend it.

clean, nice sheets, modern and generally well equipped

i asked for a broom to sweep up and was told there was not one available, and that it would be swept after a left. Given I was staying for 3 nights and the place had a kitchen, I don’t think a dustpan and brush is sufficient. I also don’t like the use of sachets of gel douche, as this is not environmentally friendly.

A place to really feel at home!

Really clean, well designed with everything necessary provided. Very friendly people both on arrival and departure. Lovely modern fixtures and fittings. Loved the excellent modern coffee machine with coffee pods provided. Good shower. Washing up machine if needed. 2 ring induction hob, pans, cutlery and crockery. But for us, since we were the only guests this weekend, loved the privacy most of all. Really peaceful within the private closed off courtyard. Would have enjoyed eating out at table on small lawn, but at last minute we decided just to eat indoors on the small table provided. After our journey just too tired to carry our food downstairs - and dining table in room made eating there so easy. There is a large Carrefour store just behind that is open on Sundays. Also several restaurants within walking distance - though we went into St Etienne to eat at the friendly Maître Kaiser restaurant by the station, in the Ibis hotel. My partner wanted French rather than international or franchise cooking. M. Kaiser offers Alsace cooking. Best of all the accommodation is very close to the Musée de l’Art Moderne in St Priest en Jarez which is a really excellent and far too little known Modern Art Gallery that anyone interested in modern art should not miss seeing! Really worth a visit, and is the reason we were in the area.

It didn’t matter too much because it was not a really cold evening, but the airco/heating did not seem to bring the room up to the chosen temperature.

un bruit récurrent la nuit. Peut-être la clim? La télé trop petite pour la regarder du lit, ou mettre des chaises plus confortables. Un sèche serviettes serait un plus dans la salle de bain

Accueil tardif apprécié. Visite de l'appartement ensemble pour les différents équipements. Literie très bonne, oreillers et couette de qualité. Parking à disposition pour la journée d'hospitalisation gratuit à 400m de l'hôpital nord. Idéal pour séjourner proche de l'hôpital ou pour ne pas avoir le stress de la route avant une hospitalisation de jour.

Un accueil 5 étoiles qui vous fait vous sentir chez vous dans l'appartement

Malgré une arrivée un peu tardive j'ai été très bien accueillie par le propriétaire de l'établissement Gregory, qui après m'avoir remis les clés m'a montré l'appartement. Ce dernier était d'une propreté irréprochable, machine Nespresso dernière génération à disposition avec dosettes pour le café le matin, une literie française très confortable, une décoration simple et avec goût avec du mobilier en bois ce qui donne du charme à l'appartement. Idéalement situé pour ceux ayant par exemple un rdv à l'hôpital ou même un séjour loisir puisqu'il y a un parking gratuit intégré, un grand supermarché à 2 min à pied, et le tram vous emmenant dans le centre ville à 6 min à pieds.
