My 4th themed accommodation: a Loft & its 6 meters high ceilings dedicated to VIRTUAL REALITY & CINEMA in a pop and colorful universe.
Located in the direct vicinity of the city center of St Etienne (300m), 5 minutes from the train station.
Everything is within walking distance, 5 min walk from the Geoffroy Guichard stadium.
Ideal for a business trip, family stay or with couples & friends, you are welcome!
Note that here, bed linen is provided (free of charge), as well as shower towels.

YOUR ENTRY TO THE PREMISES

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL PROCEDURE?
-> In view of the quality equipment and games available in my accommodation, you will be asked for a bank imprint of €300 after the reservation.
This is not debited, it is simply blocked and will be released automatically after your departure.
-> Once you have received the bank imprint, you will receive the entry procedure as well as a code for the key box to access the accommodation (by Airbnb chat or phone).
It is mandatory to put them back in the key box on the last day of your stay.
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME? IS CHECK-IN AUTONOMOUS?
-> Check-in time is from 5 p.m. (This gives you the flexibility to check in at a time that suits you from 5 p.m.), and check-out from the loft on the last day is 11 a.m. maximum.PGJyPg
-> It is possible to shift the hours with request.
FACILITIES FOR FAMILIES WITH BABIES?
On request, I can provide a travel cot (5€/stay), a baby bath, and a high chair (5€/stay).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment under penalty of penalty via the deposit. (valid electronic cigarette)
〉This accommodations are completely dedicated to you on a private basis.
For the car, many parking spaces on the street, free in the evenings/nights, Sundays & public holidays, otherwise 3 € per day (parking meter).PGJyPg
〉 To live a pleasant moment, make sure to respect the interior rules of the loft.
〉 In the current circumstances, I attach the greatest vigilance to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. I don't charge my guests any cleaning fees, but I'm counting on you to make this cocoon clean when you leave.
I myself respect each step of the reinforced cleaning protocol.
〉 Concerned about the environmental impact, I only use eco-responsible organic cleaning products.
