Excellent layover

Most excellent comms with owner who was just lovely and helpful. Place is in a quiet street about 10 min walk to main square. Compact apartment but everything you need.

Good 5-day work visit stay.

Despite the small language barrier I very much appreciated the host and his attention to making me feel welcomed and having a nice stay. I really much liked the fact that there was additional parking space provided nearby as I arrived by car. The internet in flat has been good enough to have some ad hoc work online meetings with multiple people. The location was also quite nice, with around 5 mins to walk to the nearest tram station, 8 mins to the supermarket, and 10-15mins to nice local restaurants. I found the available coffee pods and coffee machine quite nice to my own taste :)

I had a small issue with receiving original instructions by an sms / text message, but thankfully the host was available nearby on my check in to hand over the keys and show me the parking which was much appreciated. From the facilities, I must say that the bed was not the most comfortable, but perhaps its was my individual taste.

En plein centre ville, à 20 min à pied du Zénith, c'est idéal pour s'y rendre. Parking à proximité. Très bon accueil.

Logement parfait, personnels sympa

Le personnel est très sympas, le logement est propre tout neuf, le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement, bien isolé on entend rien de l’extérieur je recommande fortement.

La seule chose a améliorer c’est les volets de la fenêtre de la chambre, le matin il y a de la lumière. Sinon tout est parfait dans ce logement.

Bon séjour avec toutes les commodités nécessaires ! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques ! Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée !

A notre arrivée, l'appartement sentait un peu mauvais, mais c'était sans doute dû aux travaux de l'ensemble de l'immeuble. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien, ce qui amène du bruit supplémentaire et de la perte thermique.

メールでの応答はとても早く何度か質問のメールをしたが返事がすぐに返ってきた。部屋の場所、駐車場の場所、部屋への入り方などの説明もわかりやすかった。部屋はとても清潔で必要なものもほぼそろっていたし、テレビやエアコンの使い方などきちんと説明が書いてある紙が壁に貼ってあった。退出の時の掃除やゴミ捨てなどどうしたらいいかメールで質問したが、こちらが返答メールを確認するのが遅かったためか、わざわざ部屋まで訪ねてきてくれて説明してくれた。（何もせずそのまま退出していいよと）。とても快適に過ごせた。

台所の包丁がどれも全く切れなかった。部屋で料理をしたくて台所付きの部屋を探したのでちょっと残念だった。

moi j'ai pioncé dans le canapé avec la super couette vert pâle, le tout trop confortable ! et mon pote a squatté les deux petits lits racolés et il était souriant à son réveil ! super bouilloire au matin et on avait même le nes !!?!

je ne vois rien que je n'ai pas apprécié, vue assez sympa, rue hyper calme, avec un voisin bien causant !

Schöne Ferienwohnung wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum

Schöne Dachwohnung in einer ruhigen, zentrumsnahen Straße. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, danke!

Das Haus ist noch eine Baustelle, aber dies hat keinen Einfluss auf die Ferienwohnung.

PARADIS SUR TERRE

Accueil très très chaleureux, personnel impeccable et sympa, le lieu c'est un paradis sur terre en un mot. Le confort au top. Canal + et toutes les chaînes du monde entier sont dispo. La climatisation, la cuisine, la chambre toilette, salon bref c'est un vrai luxe pour ce prix. Je le recommande vivement aux voyageurs.

Appartement pratique car bien situé, bien équipé et avec possibilité de se garer

L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. Il était très proche de la Cité du Design, objectif de notre séjour à St Étienne. Il y a un parking gratuit et libre proche de l’appartement, ce qui est très appréciable quand on vient en voiture. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été agréable et il a été disponible si besoin.
