Watch the Mallard Ducks and Canadian Geese waddle about the property each evening (a real thrill for children of all ages). You have a pool that is just a hop & skip from the front door of the condo. Plenty of parking, boat trailer parking, and a boat slip you can see from the picture window of the Condo's livingroom. Boat launching ramp is near the Condo and is Free. Master bedroom has a King bed, doors leading to the patio, private master bath with walk in rain shower and seat, double granite vanity sink. Our second bedroom is wonderful with a comforable Queen bed, walk-in closet. Our third bedroom will let you rock n' roll, with its friendly theme with a double bed and an additional twin. Our Condo can accommodate 6 adults and 2 tots or 7 full size adults. Each bedroom features its own remote television for your streaming enjoyment. We have a 36' Flat screen for your viewing pleasure in the living room with a DVD player to watch movies...your own...or you can watch one from our selection. You also have a small stereo for your CD's. You’ll find magazines and reading material for adults & the children. Coloring books and selection of family friendly games. There is a washer and dryer for use in the Condo, iron & board, hair dryer in the master bathroom.

Enjoy fishing from the boardwalk at the Condo or swimming in the pool or lake. Go Golfing, mountain biking or hiking. Visit Garvan Woodland Gardens, if you are here during the Holidays the festival of lights is wonderful, every tree branch etc...is covered in lights...a real joy for the young and young at heart.
