This ocean-view St. Simons vacation condo sits just across the street from the beach and an easy 10-minute walk to Pier Village—the island’s downtown district for seafood at Georgia Sea Grill, brunch at Mallery Street Café, coffee at Palm Coast, and beach shops with everything from sunscreen to souvenirs. Inside the quiet gated complex at 760 Ocean Blvd, Unit 202 offers shaded pool access, elevator service, and a layout that fits up to 6 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms have king beds, both bathrooms are full-sized, and the living room includes a brand-new sleeper sofa. It's even dog-friendly—big breeds welcome.

The open-concept living and dining area includes a smart TV, ocean-facing balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances—and coffee, of course. A second balcony off the primary bedroom gives you another full view of the water. And with a full laundry room in-unit, you can pack light and stay sandy. Rent bikes from Barry’s Beach Service and cruise to Gould’s Inlet—or just leave the doors open and let the breeze do its job.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful Christmas getaway. The unit was very clean and spacious, and in a great location. We were excited that we could bring our small dog with us. The process for entering and leaving the unit was very easy.

Yes, the property is right across from the beach and blocks from town, however, it needs serious furniture update and the bedroom carpets are filthy. The price was reasonable, I guess because many things need to be replaced. Wouldn’t stay again.
