Lokacija je izvrsna, u neposrednoj blizini centra i svih sadržaja. Osoblje je super, pristojno i dali su nam puno preporuka za razgledavanje i restorane. Odlična vrijednost za novac.
Najveći problem ovog objekta je “tumina”, tj miris vlage koji dominira cijelom sobom i čuje se odmah pri ulasku. Da se ne ostavi otvoren prozor, bilo bi nepodnošljivo. Kanali na TV-u nisu radili, tako da se TV nije mogao gledati. Daska na WC školjci je bila slomljena. Sa gornjeg kata se čuje voda koja prolazi kroz kanalizacijske cijevi i ima zvuk slapa.
