Casa Playa at Icon Vallarta is the place to stay in absolute luxury in Puerto Vallarta. Recently remodel, Professionally Interior Designed blending contemporary decor and custom-made furniture in an art-filled, elegant and lux beach style. Indulge yourself with this 26th floor 2BR plus fully furnished den with a queen bed with sliding doors for privacy and 3BA, thoughtfully equipped to make you feel at home.
The Living Room/Dining Room/kitchen
The private elevator opens directly into the open floor plan living room, dining room and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, which is ideal for busy people at this fun beachfront resort. The living room has a very comfortable seating, with a L shape sofa, chairs and a chaise lounge, sited perfectly to enjoy evening cocktails while watching the sun set over the Bay of Banderas. The Apple TV may be viewed from either area. The dining room seats eight comfortably. In addition, the table, chairs and settee are easily moved for a cocktail party.
THE TERRACES
You may prefer to enjoy your cocktail or morning coffee on the beachfront terrace, with a view of the surf and the sound of the waves.The peaceful back terrace is its own oasis, perfect for an afternoon nap or sundowner with a view of the cruise ships and sailing boats at the Marina, and of the mountains and town.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom, with its own double en suite (and tub!), opens to the back terrace and has its own view of the cruise ship terminal.
THE GUEST ROOM
The large 'guest' room likewise has its own en suite and also opens onto the back terrace.
THE THIRD ROOM
The Den features a Queen size bed and may be closed off with sliding shutter doors for privacy. A separate closet and shelves means no one has to share.
COMPLIMENTARY WiFi AND COMMUNICATIONS
Complimentary internal and external WiFi is provided throughout the condo and the resort. In addition, a complimentary local cell phone is provided for your use during your stay to make restaurant reservations or call the property managers, as well as free calls to the US and Canada. Apple TV is provided; if you don't have your own subscription, the property managers will arrange a temporary one for you at a small cost.
OUR PROPERTY MANAGERS
The local property managers will arrange anything you desire or need: cooks, groceries, party help, local transportation, massage, excursions, shows, fishing expeditions, sailing trips. There isn't much that they cannot do or find for you, with assistance only a few minutes away.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
There is no need to leave the Icon Vallarta, but if you do, the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer. Just outside the resort is a small convenience store and a walk-in tour and excursion company. Moreover, a full-fledged grocery and drugstore, and a small pizzeria, are only a block away. Many restaurants are located within walking distance, just outside the resort on the main boulevard, such as La Vaca Argentina Steak House, Outback Steakhouse, the Italian cuisine Dolce Vita as well as the Japanese cuisine Kensao. From Gourmet Dining to pulsating nightlife, this is the place to be.

We were very lucky to be able to spend our vacation in this wonderful apartment. Everything was great!
The apartment is located directly by the sea in an idyllic setting, ideal for relaxing days. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available: from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living room, comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Gaby gave us a warm welcome over the phone and was always available for questions and tips.
We especially enjoyed the terrace/balcony where we could drink our coffee in the morning. The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere incredibly relaxing.
This apartment far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for the unforgettable days!

This VRBO was the most spectacular we've ever rented. It is on the 26th floor and from the kitchen and living/dining rooms has the most beautiful view of the bay and part of the city on one side of the condo. The two en-suite bedrooms have a shared balcony on the back side of the unit with a view of the cruise ship bay. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to prepare meals.
The high level of the property's security is very comforting. Complimentary valet is included. The concierge is available until 9 p.m. and is very friendly and helpful. There is a very good restaurant about a block from the complex. Breakfast is served at the property's restaurant. Lunch or early dinner and cocktails are available at the property's bar by the ocean.
A full market is very close by for stocking your fridge or anything you might have forgotten.
The property's owner has a team that will coordinate with you. First they will greet you upon your arrival and familiarize you with the unit and property and then will be available if you have any questions or concerns. The property owner also is very responsive.

I love this place, perfect and always clean with my ocean view. Alfonso is the Best Host, if there is ever a need, he it always there to take care of your needs and make it all perfect.
