This newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath home is located on the second floor of Parkview condos. New furnishings, couches, beds, paint and appliances! This ocean view condo is situated above Calafia State Beach at the south end of San Clemente, CA. One of southern California's last great beach towns. Walk to the beach in 3 minutes with surfboards or ride the beach cruisers to the beach trail. The iconic San Clemente pier is one mile North via the beach trail. This home is located in a quiet beach side community, a peaceful spot to escape and enjoy the ocean, not a party house. The house accommodates two cars in the underground, gated parking area. Great parking spots adjacent to exit and the unit make this a wonderfully convenient location. The home's nautical interior is classicly inspired but contemporary and timeless.
The master suite is perfectly appointed and spacious. The guest room is perfect for a second couple or kids. Main living area is a large open space with plentiful seating and areas to relax and watch the ocean or the 55 inch wall-mounted flat screen. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions and cox cable service. Kitchen and living room merge seamlessly and create a sense of a much larger space! The zinc topped kitchen/dining table seats eight comfortably and accommodates television or ocean views from the same spot.

We stayed in Kim's place for the month of February and were very pleased. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen has high-end applicances and is very, very well stocked. The balcony was small, but had a lovely side-view of the ocean.Check-in was easy and Kim was readily available to answer any questions. A great location in San Clemente,a short walk to the ocean and stunning sunsets. Highly recommended!

Great unit with very nice energy. The unit was clean and well decorated. Parking was great and access are good for a beach area. Would stay again for sure!

Kimberly's place was even better than advertised! Incredibly clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable and extended stay. Kimberly was very communicative and ensured the check in process was smooth. Would love to return!

Seas the Day was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with supplies; exactly as described on the website! Kim was helpful with suggestions for restaurants and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is in a great location to downtown San Clemente and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.
