A comfortable 04 rooms apartment with 02 bedrooms, in one of the most lovely area of Paris, it is only 5 minutes walk to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne, where there are luxury brands shops like Chanel, Christian Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier... the aera offers many restaurants, theaters, cinemas, cabarets, clubs, tourist attractions : museums Petit and Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde.
A perfect peaceful place to rest, 1077 square feet - 100 m², quality of the furniture with modern design, convenience authentic Parisian interior style : parquet flooring, decorative fireplace...achieving a subtle blend of tradition and modernity.
In a former building from 1860 with elevator, door entry system, intercom, a secure and quiet place.
The apartment includes : a large hall entrance, one bedroom with a keen bed 160X200, a second bedroom with a double bed 140X190, 2 pull out single beds, a living-room with dining-room : table, eats, armchairs, large sofa, smart connected TV, coffee table, a fitted kitchen fully equipped : dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combination oven and microwave, stove top with gas burners, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table and chairs, a full bathroom with WC and washing machine dryer, a shower-room with sink, a second separate WC.
Individual central heating, cable TV with international channels high-speed internet, free WIFI.

The apartment was perfect for two couples. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to us. It was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. We loved the location, near a metro and great local dining restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.

The unit was exactly as described and fully equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The metro is just steps from the building, and it’s within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées, with a grocery store conveniently located down the street. The neighborhood felt very safe and made getting around incredibly easy.Considering that most hotel rooms in the area tend to be on the smaller side, this unit was very comfortable especially for a family of six. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus.The apartment is on the fourth floor, and while it’s a walk-up, there is a very small elevator that’s helpful for hauling suitcases.We didn’t need to contact the property manager during our stay, but she was very responsive and easy to reach leading up to our arrival. We stayed for four nights and had a great experience. The price may be on the higher side, but you’re paying for the comfort and convenience, which made it well worth it.The only minor drawback was some street construction. Work began around 7 a.m., and the noise was noticeable in one of the bedrooms.

I absolutely loved the luxury feel of this beautiful apartment. Its location is ideal being close to the Metro and lovely Champs Elysees. Grocery needs are very close and many, many restaurants just out the door. It was a perfect home away from home in Paris for me and my friends.
