Located at only 03 minutes walk to the famous and beautifull Champs Elysées Avenue where there are luxury shops, numerous restaurants, cabarets, theaters, cinemas, nights clubs, minimarkets, tourist attractions : Petit and Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and Jardins des Tuilleries....
It is a peaceful place to rest, 1077 square feet / 100 m², quality of the furniture, convenience authentic Parisian interior style : parquet flooring, decorative fireplace... achieving a subtile blend of tradition and modernity.
Located above the 1st floor with elevator, in a former building, door entry system, intercom, a secure and quiet place.
The apartment includes : a large hall entrance, a bedroom with large double bed 160X200 , TV , numerous wardrobes and cupboards, a second bedroom with a double bed 140X190 and a pull out sofabed convertible in 02 single beds, a large living-room/dining-room, table, seats, armchairs, large sofa, flat TV screen, chest of drawers, coffee table, a fitted kitchen fully equipped : dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combination oven and microwave, stove top with gas burners, crokery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table and chairs, a full bathroom with WC and washing machine dryer, a shower-room with sink, a second WC.
Individual central heating, cable TV with international channels high-speed internet connection with free WIFI.
Towels and linen are provided.
In summer, the apartment is equipped with 2 large pedestal fans + a Dyson big fan & air purifier.

The apartment has lot's of windows & is on tge 4th floor. Monoprix & pharmacy within a block or so. Metro is just across the street. We enjoyed our stay & the host always answered the phone.

Great location and well worth the stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The cleanliness and care taken in the upkeep of the apartment were evident from the moment we walked in.The pictures provided in the listing accurately depicted the apartment, which was a reassuring factor when booking and upon arrival. There were no surprises; everything was as beautiful and charming as shown in the images.Our host was exceptionally welcoming and easy to communicate with. From the initial booking process to our departure, they were attentive and responsive, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.We encountered no issues during our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paris. It truly made our trip unforgettable.

We loved the property. The apartment was lovely with a lot of unique touches that made it feel like home. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet building. The location was very convenient for seeing the major sites of Paris. Easy access to several metro stations made travel easy. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend!!!
