The sun-drenched interior features multiple living areas, many with expansive Lake Tahoe views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The spacious kitchen and dining area are designed for group gatherings and include brand-new countertops, modern appliances, and a six-burner gas range. Adjacent to the kitchen are two inviting main-level living rooms, each featuring a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.
All four bedrooms are located downstairs, offering a quiet and functional layout. Three bedrooms feature lake views, including the impressive primary suite with a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Tahoe. ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.
Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.
In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. 4. While this home is no longer pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. The property is located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Noisy or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated by neighbors or Tahoe Getaways.

We loved our stay! From the view of the lake to the giant kitchen island which fits 6 adults comfortably for dinner. The backyard is perfect for snowman building and snowball fight (there were sleds and snow toys in the garage)!
We had a bit of difficulty at check-in where the lock box wouldn't open, but a quick call to Tahoe Getaway resolved the issue. The house has central heat like all houses in Tahoe, which makes the air quite dry, we would have liked a couple of humidifiers around the house to help with dry air. It seems like there is a centralized humidifier but I don't think it was working. Another thing we would love is curtains or blinds in the bedrooms and entertainment room (kids slept there). I understand having an unobstructed view of the lake/trees/mountain is great, but it also means nobody was able to sleep in past 7am. Although we weren't too mad after seeing the view in the morning ;)
Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

From the moment you walk in, you feel you are in a special place. You are greeted with an amazing view of the mountains and lake. It is so peaceful, just sitting on the deck and relaxing with a cup of coffee was great. Very open floor plan with plenty of room for our extended family. The game room with pool table and foosball was an added plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Nice location 10 minute drive from Kings Beach. We enjoyed the nice large kitchen. Patio could use some more seating, only 6 seats and 2 small tables, not large enough to have a meal outside. The view of the lake is beautiful from the deck!

The property is nice and big, so there was plenty of space and any good location. However, the downstairs has very old carpet, which caused me to have an allergy attack. Then we did not have Internet connection, and we tried to contact the host, but we were unable to get in contact with anybody, and we did not get the issue resolved. Also, the barbecue grill is in a very small balcony, which is separated from the main balcony, it would be nice for the barbecue grill to be in the main balcony, so we could all hang out while also cooking.
