TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Wonderful little property in a lovely neighborhood close to disney. The kitchen has all you need if you choose to cook family dinners. A few things to improve upon. The gym and pools do not open until 9 AM, this property does not provide pool towels or washcloths, which is a bit of hang up when you're traveling from out of state.which is My husband and I

I decided to book a Disney trip only 3 weeks prior to spring break. This condo was perfect for two adults and three teenagers! It’s so conveniently located to. Publix Market, lots of dining options, and Disney Properties. Our drive to the park took less than 15 minutes each morning. (If we had stayed on property, we would have had a 30-45 minute shuttle ride each morning!) The condo kitchen was adequately supplied, and we ate breakfast there each morning. Our kids enjoyed the pool area, lazy river, and mini golf course on property. The third floor condo is right across from the elevator for ease with loading and unloading luggage. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. My only drawbacks are the softness of the master bed and the lack of washcloths in the condo. Overall, these things were so minor, and we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time. This property was smack in the middle of many things, so there is always something for you to find. If you like fishing, we enjoyed a good couple of spots around the whole property. Overall it was really nice. A couple of things I would like to mention about this place.
Considering the amount paid for this, of course, we do not expect luxury, but the beds, pillows, and benches on the patio were for sure not at all comfortable. Our necks and backs are still hurting. If there are guests above you, keep in mind you will without a doubt hear them walking around. If you do plan on staying for a while, bring your own toilet paper and for sure your own paper towels, as the ones provided lack in absorption and only 1 roll is provided.
Lastly, the elevator seems to be rusting and is giving off the absolute worst smell at all times.
Overall it was a very nice stay, and everyone who is involved with this property was very responsive and nice, but we do not think we will be staying in this specific property again, but potentially a different unit.
