Here’s a more polished and balanced version of your review: This property is lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-presented, and in a great location. The only area that could do with some improvement is the sofa, which is looking a little tired. The biggest disappointment, however, was discovering that access to the resort facilities comes at an additional cost of over $100 per day (plus tax) per house. This includes use of the swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts. Unfortunately, this wasn’t made clear before booking, and had I known about this significant extra charge in advance, I would have chosen alternative accommodation. Overall, the property itself is excellent, but I think guests should be made aware of these substantial additional costs before booking to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Nunca respondieron a mi pedido, ni siquiera negándolo.Los elementos básicos de limpieza eran casi inexistentes

Muy comodo el lugar. Eramos un grupo de 8 personas y nos acomodamos super bien en las 4 habitaciones. Cada una con su baño y espacio para la ropa y valijas. La cocina super equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y no tener que salir a comer ( lo que permite ahorrar mucho dinero ). Muy cerca de los parques de Disney y un poco mas lejos de Universal. Tiene cerca varios supermercados ( publix - walmart ). Es un complejo cerrado asi que es muy seguro. Nosotros fuimos en dos vehiculos y habia suficiente espacio para estacionar. Una noche tuvimos un problema en el baño de abajo, nos contactamos a la recepcion, nos indicaron una solucion transitoria y a la mañana siguiente a primera hora, teniamos un plomero solucionando el problema.

Great location for accessing the various parks provided you have a car. Layout was perfect for our family group.

Pillows were a bit too soft and the kettle took a long time to boil on the cooktop.
