About this house rental
This is a place to reconnect with nature, yourself and family. A home designed for entertaining, 2 primary bedrooms, 2 guest bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 6” floor mattresses. 10 guests allowed inside house. One of bedrooms has a jacuzzi tub and the hall bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub.and the other master has ocean view, a settee and en-suite bathroom . Fully equipped kitchen and a solarium for dining. There is hot tub and fire pit and small BBQ (wood and briquettes provided). A lovely flagstone patio surrounded by an succulents designed ocean floor . Everywhere you look art and nature treats you to property visual delight. No dditional cleaning fee
Located on 5 acres adjacent to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. There is a hot tub and a fire pit area. A beautiful quartz flagstone patio for ocean viewing surrounded by a succulent garden in the theme of an ocean floor. There is rugged path down to private cove for bonfires, exploring and fishing. Camping /RV and pets allowed for fee. Property manager lives on site, separate driveway.
Also a studio at back of garage.
RV and Campers welcome for additional fee. $55 per person per. stay. Pet friendly additional fee of $65 each pet. Extra people and camping need to be discussed in advance. There might need to rent Porta potties.
Amplified music outside curfew 10pm
There is a 20KW generator in case of power outages.
20' sunken living room and 16’ Dining room/solarium. The private cove is ready for a bonfire on the beach. There is a fire pit and hot tub, room for camping . There is access to beach rock fishing and abalone cove. Adjacent to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Perfect place for bird and whale watching from the bluffs. Watch the sunsets from a driftwood chair. There is fire pit area and a hot tub deck located away from the house.

Wedding/Special Events venue fee additional booked separately with 3 day minimum required . Any type of party or gathering has to be discussed and subject to additional fee.

Welcomed with a tour of the stunning property. Exceptional service, location, and amenities. Lots of space to explore, beautiful sunsets, and great location. The kids enjoyed throwing Frisbee in the massive yard, searching for sea life on the private beach, and roasting smores on the outdoor fire. The adults enjoyed the wildlife, the ponds, and hot tub. Fishing off the rocks was a perk. The provided charcoal grill was a nice amenity as well. Some family slept in tents closer to the house and kids slept on the large sofa and daybed. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing and can't wait to come again.

I'm afraid to tell you how great it was. I want to go back next year! The hostess is great and has a special property next to the Mendocino Botanical Gardens and deserves for others to know about it. Big kitchen and dining area. Tremendous amount of light. Laundry room to take care of kids dirty laundry. Spa tub and outdoor hot tub. There is much more, but suffice to say we got plenty of serenity. Thanks Holly!

Holly's ease and friendliness made the booking process smooth; great communication and access to our host. Her description of the property and check-in were spot on -- and ready for us when we arrived. What a gorgeous, spacious and well equipped property! Everything we needed was available, and the host often checked in to make sure we had what we needed. The beach access and views were breathtaking! We so much enjoyed the patio and hot tub on the back of the property for relaxing and sunning ourselves in the afternoons and evenings. We were stocked with fire wood so we build a lovely fire on the night of the full moon. All the beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with working dishwasher; the bathrooms were filled with comfy towels too. The spaciousness of the home gave our family plenty of space for being private or sharing time together. And again, the views of the ocean were splendid! What a great time away. Thank you Holly for sharing your space with us! We enjoyed meeting you too.
