We had a wonderful, no hassle stay. Pomo Park Trail is across the dead end street in front, and beside that is the cliffs and the ocean. The property is beyond comfortable, with great beds and living room furniture. I can’t imagine anyone not relaxing the minute they arrive. All that and dog friendly. My chihuahua wants to go back!

This house is so wonderful to us! Love the ability to sit and stare at the ocean from the living room or a short walk just across the street and you are on the bluffs! We fell in love with the view , the fog horns , watching for whales and relaxing in the beauty!

We were there with our children and grandchildren. We all had such an excellent time. The home is tastefully decorated with a spa like beachy theme. The views were awesome. An easy to find, yet peaceful location. We found cornhole boards in the game closet. We all had a lot of fun playing that with the ocean views as a backdrop. We also enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and spacious dining area as we celebrated my birthday. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here with our dog, Coconut, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is updated, spotless, and very comfortable, with flooring that was perfect for a pup. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the furniture was both stylish and cozy.The location is fantastic—just a short 3-minute walk to gorgeous coastal bluffs where we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The ocean views from the house are breathtaking, and with so many windows, the natural light and cool breezes created such a relaxing atmosphere.The house was stocked far better than most rentals we’ve stayed in. There were plenty of high-quality towels, all the kitchen appliances and cookware you could ever need, and even a ceramic grill for barbecuing while listening to the ocean. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared to make our stay easy and enjoyable.We also loved how convenient it was to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Being so close to Noyo Harbor made it easy to grab fresh fish and chips, which was a highlight of our trip. Botanical gardens are beautiful and Skunk train ride with Coconut was fun amd both are also just a few minutes drive.Finally, the hosts were excellent—communicative, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. We felt truly welcomed.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is a lovely home and well equipped and furnished. The views are beautiful. It is very close to grocery, dining, etc. There were a few cleanliness issues, but mostly window washing and detail cleaning - nothing very serious. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds are comfortable. The furniture is not high end but in good shape and comfortable. If you are looking for a great home with plenty of beds and a large kitchen for a family or big group, this is a great option. The house sits on a pretty quiet street so you will not be bothered by traffic noise other than a few loud motercycles or cars during the sunset hours. It is an easy walk across the street to get a better view of the ocean and the waves hitting the rocks. The internet functioned really well for us and we were able to stream and work on our laptops. TVs have all the streaming options. The door lock functions well and we had no problems getting into the home on arrival. Checkout process is simple and they do not ask for much other than take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Overall, I recommend this home if you are not looking for super high end plush, but comfortable, roomy and with a great view.

Beautiful house, mostly foggy for much of our stay. Close paved walk and benches overlooking ocean and entry to Noyo Harbor. Best for a group. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots. I would have liked a few more added comfort items like facial tissue, enough dishwasher liquid to do more than 2 loads. Same for laundry soap.

We had a lovely stay at Forever View! The property was remodeled and decorated in a coastal vibe. Very clean, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of amenities. The view is incredible and even on a well-traveled road it was quiet and serene. The house is close to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the walking trails and we brought our small dog with us. You won't be disappointed!

All adult stay with our 2 dogs, we chose the property for the view and location and it was better than expected. We walked the bluff trail overlooking the ocean that starts across the street multiple times a day, enjoyed sitting on the deck for cocktails and star gazing after dark. Close to all our planned activities. Highly recommend for large groups or multiple families with ample shared family room and dinning room for games and gathering. Looking forward to staying again on a next visit to Mendocino!

This property is situated on a beautiful ocean bluff with easy to access trails that take you along the stunning Pomo Bluffs Park cliffs. The sunsets from the house are a real treat as are the expansive views from the property. We had deer, rabbits and geese in the yard which were always fun to watch. There is no beach access but you can drive to one called Noyo Beach within 5 minutes. Proximity of the house gives you easy access to other interesting things to do in the area.Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body soap as there isn't any provided in the bathrooms as well as laundry detergent since there is only enough to do one load. There are no throw blankets for lounging on the couch so I recommend bringing one too.Loved the ocean themed decor in the house and we highly recommend this home whenever you're in the area.

We had a lovely family get together in this great house overlooking the ocean. We loved being able to just walk across the (not busy) road to wander around on the fingers of beach cliffs. Beautiful sunset views here as well as through the big living room window. I was worried when I went to check info in my emails and didn’t see any confirmation or welcome emails. But I was able to message the host .

This home was just beautiful! The location of facing the ocean felt so decadent- you could literally sit on the couch and watch the waves roll in. It is next to the harbor , so the boats were seen making their way leaving and returning. The sounds- not only could you hear the waves crashing, but the fog horns and birds that occupy the property. The house itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Shades instead of curtains and a light airy interior. Beds are comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a king sized bed. The host is fantastic- communicating well with us and very friendly. Thank you Robyn!Would LOVE ti stay here again!

This property is amazing, decor is gorgeous, and view when the weather permits is stunning! We had a great family trip and this was the perfect location overlooking the cliffs with large windows and tons of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed for some delicious meals. We will definitely love to stay here again!
