About this apartment rental
We completely remodeled our condo with new chiseled travertine floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths and a beautiful travertine walk-in shower in the master bath. The kitchen and both baths have new cabinets with soft closing drawers and all appliances are new stainless steel.
The unit has a king in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. The condo has a total of 1700 sq ft (1300 sq ft A/C + 400sq ft balcony) with a balcony that stretches the entire 50 ft length of the condo providing every room, including the kitchen, with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico!
The condo has a split floor plan with privacy for both the master bedroom and the guest suite. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area and has a breakfast bar. Every room has new beadboard style, solid core doors with oversized entrances to provide easy access for wheelchairs in every room. The view is west and south facing, so you can see every beautiful sunset without having to go to the beach!
Shipps Landing is situated on 14 acres at the south end of beautiful Marco Island in Southwest Florida. The 206 units have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the 10,000 Islands. Residents have access to boat docks, which can be rented, excellent fishing on the docks and seawall, a 700' private beach, a ping pong & billiard room, workout rooms, tennis courts, three gas grills, banquet room, social room & beautifully landscaped grounds. Shipps Landing is located on the south end of the island and is away from the congestion. The location is easy access to shopping and restaurants, pet free public access to South Beach within 2 blocks, 3 tennis courts and assigned covered parking.

Spectacular views! Amazing sunsets and views of the entire island. Great fishing on the piers and beach. Condo was well equipped. Beds are super comfy as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

Great views from large balcony……….quiet part of the island where one can view dolphins and pelicans….. extremely comfortable bedding in both bedrooms….host is quick to answer any questions.

We enjoyed a month stay at Roman’s property. Best, quiet location on Marco. Pools, private beach and fishing off the dock.

What a great place to go on vacation. Marco Island is beautiful. Have stayed at this condo several times and plan on going again. Go with your family or just go with some friends. You wont regret it. The spacious condo is tastefully decorated with many modern features. Have a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch some dolphins swim by. In the evening enjoy a drink and watch the sunset in the distance. Step outside and walk along the dock and enjoy the best fishing on the island. Could not believe the fishing here. Its that good. Several swimming pools to choose from and a couple of workout rooms and a nice recreation area with a pool table and a ping pong table. Enjoy the private beach area the complex provides or take a short walk to one of the public beaches. It is impossible to get bored here. If you are looking for a place to stay on the water, this is it. Nothing but good times and good memories. Looking forward to going back again.
