This condo is in a beautiful building, in a wonderful location with a stunning view of the Gulf. It was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for a long or short stay at the beach.

Great experience, small construction issues during the top season (?), potential improvement with unit available to match the price tag, however I am sure that next season will be just better.. Million $ view from the balcony erase all ....Marco Island is all what is needed today..

The vacation rental was very clean.

Returning to the same unit will require improvements and most importantly - the rental pricing adjustment aligned with other rentals quality in the same community.
