This newly renovated private home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private pool* located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Sea Pines and just a short bike ride or walk to the beach.
This delightful home has an open floor plan with a separate den area, great for relaxing with a good book after a long day at the beach. Lots of space to spread out and have some solitude if needed! The living room has a large grey sectional sofa, beautiful brick fireplace and 62" SMART TV. The living room opens to the dining area and the completely renovated kitchen featuring all new appliances and an island with seating for 4.
The first master bedroom has a king bed, 58" SMART TV and a private bath with a large tub, spacious shower, and double sinks. The second king bedroom has a pool view, 43" SMART TV and a renovated bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed with 32" SMART TV and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds with 44" SMART TV. They share a renovated hall bath with combination shower/tub and two sinks.
17 Old Military has a beautiful front yard with tall trees and landscaping. The backyard is very peaceful with lots of privacy. The pool has a new travertine patio and a small grass yard. This home is sure to provide a memorable vacation for your family.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool is much larger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were all comfortable. Great location in Heritage Woods by the beach and easy ride to anywhere within Sea Pines. Be sure to bike to the Sea Pines Preserve - it’s a hidden gem.
