Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
Single-level home with 3 bedrooms and a short walk to the beach! Enjoy close access to the beach in this fully renovated coastal chic ranch home with a hot tub and private outdoor shower! We travel a lot and have stayed at many similar houses. 6 East Garrison was one of our favorites. The kids loved the hot tub, there was plenty of space in the yard for them to run around, the bike trail is perfect for running and doing kid-friendly bike loops around the neighborhood.Even though we stayed in March, the weather was perfect and we walked to the beach (<10 mins) several times. House was clean and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Only minor point on maintenance was that the bathroom could use new caulking and paint for the floor boards. We had a perfect stay and would recommend this house to anyone traveling with kids and looking for a relaxed HH getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Pines property. The home was extremely clean when we arrived and very well equipped with everything we needed. It’s clear that the owners and management take great care of the property, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.If I had a few minor suggestions, they would be small operational items rather than issues with the home itself. The dryer worked but typically needed a couple of cycles to fully dry clothes. Also, the showers were a bit difficult to operate at first—some simple instructions posted in the bathrooms would be very helpful for guests. Lastly, the keypad lock is currently located on the side of the house; it would be more convenient if guests could access the home through the front door.These are very minor suggestions. Overall, this is an excellent home in a great location, and we would absolutely stay here again.
