About this house rental
Fabulous newer home with beautiful sunset views near the bay. The Chadwick Beach Island Bay Beach and playground are right at the end of block. Perfect for large families quiet wider streets for biking and strolling. A quick 5 min walk to mini golf & 10 min walk to the Ocean beach. Plenty of room to entertain both inside and out. Large living room open to dining room and kitchen open to beautiful rear trex deck with water views. Additional family room, laundry room plus bath also all on first floor. Upstairs has huge King master suite with private double sink bath. queen bed guest room, queen and modern daybed in next guest room. 4th bedroom has a full and bunk beds with a trundle. In addition we have a full bath and as a bonus an open sitting room that opens up to a huge upper front porch with sunset views. Plenty of outdoor seating, out door shower and a fire pit below. An outdoor bbq, 4 large Tv's inside, cable and wifi free of charge.

We had a great stay as a mixed generation family. The layout and location of the home is perfect for groups who want to enjoy time together but also need separate space at times. We loved being close to the bay beach and ocean. Will definitely be back!

We wanted to celebrate our 40th anniversary at the shore, where my husband grew up. It was everything we hoped for. The house is spacious and well-equipped for our family of 8, including 3 kiddos. The owners were responsive to our every question. Thanks for helping us celebrate!

We had a great trip. The house was gorgeous and they have thought of everything that you may need other than sheets/pillowcases and towels. They do provide a quilted blanket for the beds but I suggest bringing your own since they aren’t very comfortable. I loved that they had 3 kayaks and 4 bikes. We used the kayaks one day which was so much fun and we biked every single day. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The only thing missing that would’ve been awesome was a pool but we were able to go swimming in the bay which was fun. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.
