The perfect location to suit everyone! Located on a quiet ocean block in sought-after Seaside Park this house is steps to the beach and within walking distance to all of what both Seaside Park and Seaside Heights has to offer! This beach block, air conditioned home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

First floor has 1 Master bedroom with King bed and full private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with one full size bed. Living room, Dining room, kitchen, and full bathroom.
Second floor has one full bathroom and two additional bedrooms: 2 full beds in the first bedroom and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom.
All bedrooms have closet and drawer space and are individually air conditioned.
Tenants may use a shared outdoor shower located behind the cottage next door (same property).
Off-street parking accommodates approximately 4 to 6 vehicles
Please note, sheets and towels are not provided
7-night minimum starting last week in June
3 night minimum for non-peak weeks
$1000 refundable security deposit

The house is very big and it fit all of us comfortably. The large kitchen was great for preparing family meals and the large dining table was perfect for all of us to be able to eat together.
I was concerned that the house was so close to the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but it wasn't an issue. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and friendly.
