About this apartment rental

Unit 2205D. Luxury is what comes to mind when one thinks of Turquoise Place, Turquoise developers spared no expense. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit is tastefully decorated with convenience, comfort, and relaxation in mind. The unit features an extra large family room for large gatherings with a pull our sofa and a gourmet kitchen. The master features a king sized bed with its own private bath with a brand new soaking tub and couch seating area, the guest room features a king bed with private bath, and the third bedroom features twin bunks and a double bed and private bath. There are over 2,300 square feet of living space. Extra large tvs with surround sound in living and master suite.

All on site amenities (including pools, hot tubs, balcony hot tubs, and the lazy river) are controlled and managed by the Turquoise Place HOA. White Shores Realty cannot guarantee the availability of any amenity during your reservation. The complex has four levels of parking with one reserved space for each unit. Additional parking is located in the upper levels of the parking structure.

Wireless internet is complementary with your stay.

* This nonsmoking and non smokers unit is strictly enforced.

* Sleeps 10

* Allows 2 cars in the covered parking garage

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25

* No rentals for anyone under the age of 25. The person making the reservation must stay on property for the duration of the reservation. Identification will be checked and no keys will be released to anyone under the age of 25 years old.

* Prohibited vehicles- No buses, rvs, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. This includes in all of our overflow lots. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles.

* Parking- After the two parking spaces that come with each unit, additional vehicles can be parked using the following options: in the overflow garage- $30 per night, or at the Island Church on Canal Road (approximately 3 miles from property) at no charge. Parking passes for the overflow lot must be obtained from the Key Desk upon arrival (no advance parking reservations).

* Noise and damages- We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints or damages on property. Quiet time is 10:00 pm.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

These will close for the season Saturday, November 2nd. They will reopen March 1st.

Lazy River
Just a reminder that the lazy river stops being heated as of Saturday, November 2nd. Only the indoor pools in each tower are heated through the off season. Turquoise Place will resume heating the lazy river on March 1st.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.

Overall the rental was good! Clean facility, friendly personnel, and overall good experince. I am glad I read the reviews before my trip because every other condo I've rented at Turquoise Place has had a ice maker in the bar except this one. I'm certainly not complaining as I was able to plan for it, and the ice maker in the freezer works but doesn't put out enough ice for a family of 3. I would recommend advertising in the listing that this unit does not have an ice maker! I also feel like the hole in the bar (pic below) and how they covered the drain for the ice maker certainly could have been done more professionally and isn't commensurate with a reservation of this price. A few other small issues like the hood vent buttons are stuck inside the vent housing (this is actually a safety issue). You certainly don't have to cook bacon inside or anything smelly with the vent the way it is. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick beach trip.

We always stay at Turquoise when we come for Labor Day. The unit was very cute. Some things were definitely over looked in the cleaning, but over all it was fine. We noticed a lot of things were broken or damaged. It would have been nice if that's something housekeeping could have made note about and had fixed before we arrived. A bad part of coming on a holiday weekend is that things cant be fixed until after the holiday. I wasn't that thrilled because one of the things were both of the sliding glass doors. Also I think the hole where the ice machine should go in the bar should be covered up. I just wasn't a fan of having small children that like to play hiding game and there was a big hole in the floor in the empty cabinet space. It was priced well and the bed options were exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, condition of the condo was good although Ice Maker was missing and owner failed to advise me prior to stay so had to make daily trip to Publix for ice. Condo needs someone's attention regarding multiple "fixes" such as light bulbs not working, dishwasher detergent cover broken off, stove broiler not working, wine cooler not working, ice maker missing, knobs to dressers missing, etc. Also suggest you NOT drive truck or large SUV since parking space is narrow and adjacent parking tenant was always parking on the line making it difficult to squeeze in my space.
