About this apartment rental
This property in the C tower on the 19th floor. We do have a second condo in the C tower on the 17th floor (VRBO listing 413044)
Turquoise place is the premier resort on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis/pickleball courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, complete fitness center, and outdoor playground for the little ones. Newest additions: Outdoor water slide; putting green; corn hole!
Our beautiful 19th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and down the beach. Enjoy the views while grilling on your private gas grill on the balcony or relaxing in your private hot tub. Because of where our unit is located, you will have complete privacy while lounging in the hot tub. Our unit has a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.
**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $51.75 per vehicle (flat rate) for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. A third parking pass may be purchased at a DAILY rate of $31.05.
Minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and there must be a guest 25 or older staying in the unit for the entire reservation.
**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**
Our calendar is kept up to date, so please check there for availability. Our rates are also listed on the site.

Master bedroom has balcony access.

Heaven on the 19th floor! This stunning, spacious condo is pure luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver jaw-dropping, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Every sunrise and sunset feels like a private show.The huge private balcony is the star: comfy seating, dining table, and best of all—your own grill and hot tub! Soaking in bubbling warmth while watching waves crash 19 stories below is next-level bliss. Morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing—every moment in that hot tub was magic.Inside: modern coastal chic, gourmet kitchen ( stainless, fully stocked), three big bedrooms with comfortable sleeping for 10, 3.5 gorgeous baths, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every room. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.Building perks: direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, steam and dry saunas, gym, many activities for the kids, 24/7 security, covered parking. Perfect location—walk to restaurants yet peacefully quiet up high.We’ve stayed in many beachfront spots, but nothing beats this combo of space, style, and a private 19th-floor hot tub with endless ocean views. Already planning our return trip. Book it—you’ll never want to leave!

Overall vacation was very enjoyable, and we love Turquoise Place. This was our 4th stay at TP over the years. Some things that we loved: The overall size of the condo and each room. We liked that each room has a private bathroom. The beach was great and the construction that was taking place was a non-issue. Some things that could be improved upon: The building is starting to show some age and the condo needs an overall deep cleaning, dusty baseboard, headboards, lamps...etc. Lampshades in the master were falling off if you touched them. Furniture needs to be updated as many pieces are very scratched up. The tub in the 3rd bedroom did not drain well and water was pooling when showring. We had an 83-year-old with us who is in good health, however, no showers had a grab-bar and this made showring difficult. There is a washer/dryer however, you may want to bring some extra washcloths as there were only 4 in each bathroom for a 7-day rental, we were constantly washing towels and washcloths. The walls/doors in the condo were very scuffed and dirty and in need of a paint job. None of these things impacted our vacation and overall experience. Comments are just things that you may want to be aware of when booking.
