The garden apartment was just as listed and more. So spacious and bright for being sub level. Bed was comfy and shower was wonderful. Daniel and Ania have a wonderful place. Very convenient to everything in Cheesman Park area. We will stay again when visiting our son.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is VERY spacious, I was shocked when I first walked in. Comfortable bed, amazing shower, kitchen is fully stocked if you plan on staying a while and making some meals yourself, laundry with assorted detergents. Thoughtfully decorated, walking distance to several great restaurants, cafes, Cheeseman Park and the Botanic Gardens. I will absolutely stay again and have recommended it to a friend who is visiting Denver soon. My only comment is that the HVAC was a bit noisy and shares a wall with the bed. Otherwise, a truly ideal stay.

Beautiful basement apartment in a walkable part of town. Check-in had a hiccup, but luckily, the host was very nice and easy to get in touch with to remedy the situation (but I think we just got lucky!)Overall, would totally stay again!
