This beautiful, private, & secure sanctuary is a great spot to call home while you are in Denver. Located in the vibrant Capital Hill neighborhood, you will be staying in the best spot in the city. You’ll love my classic Tanzania themed rowhouse because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance. Capitol hill is a wonderful thriving neighborhood which is close to so much! You can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax and a number parks very quickly. Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Dettached garage comes with the house.

Property was full of charm with original woodwork that we appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the walkability of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in Denver. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very smooth. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
