You’ll love my classic Tanzania themed rowhouse because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance. Capitol hill is a wonderful thriving neighborhood which is close to so much! You can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax and a number parks very quickly. Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Dettached garage comes with the house.

Overall a great place to stay! Couch was comfortable and the dining table was spacious. There was a desk in one room with a desk chair. It did feel a bit more like someone’s home than other vrbos I’ve stayed in. There was a hair brush in the bathroom, many tools stored in the garage, medicine in a drawer, etc. It was clean, but not a hotel feel. The location was even better than we thought. There’s a Whole Foods and some great breakfast spots within a few blocks. One thing to be aware of…the stairs are a bit narrow and steep.

We were there with our grandkids. Excellent quiet location - quick access to US Mint, Botanic Gardens, Zoo, Science and Technology Museum, Art Museums, Denver Capital, 25 min to Red Rocks Park. Walk to very good restaurants on list provided by host… Joshua. Great Guy.. ready to help in any way. AC worked great.great water pressure in rain and hand held shower. TVs in every room. Washer and Dryer were easy to use. Highly recommend. .

Stayed here for son's graduation in UC-Boulder. Overall, this place is worth the stay. Location was a mixed bag. It was very charming and cute. The house has curbside appeal. Great effort was taken to give this house character. My family felt very safe here. The value is unbeatable. However, when we arrived, the place had not been fully cleaned. It was ultimately properly cleaned. There is a garage that is extremely awesome, but half of the garage was full of stuff. The garage should welcoming. It should be clean and uncluttered. Lastly, the towel closet was dark and a bit of a mess. The towels were also dark. Towels should be while or a light color, so they feel clean. This is why hotel towels are white. Clean up the garage and the linen closet and you will have a winner! Yes, I would stay here again.
