This one-bedroom one-bath renovated unit has a full kitchen and access to a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee and tea. It is also fully stocked with pans, dishes, and tableware.
This spacious unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a king-size bed plus one full-size sofa bed in the living room.
The king-size bedroom includes a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming platforms).
The cozy living room with a fireplace is furnished with a convertible sofa, additional seating, and a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more). A workspace, dining area, and fast internet are included.
The updated tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower has towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Temperature: Each room has wall-mounted heating units. Controls for the central AC are located in the main house. However, the garden-level units are naturally cool in the summer, and windows and fans provide additional airflow.
Essentials Included: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, iron, and clothes steamer. Extra blankets, linens, and pillows are available upon request.
Exclusions: Guests are not allowed access to the porches, storage unit, or main house. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Infractions will result in an additional $250 minimum fee. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Cleaning: The space is thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives. Cleaning supplies are stocked in each unit for guest convenience.

Host was super nice and had great communication. It's a cozy 1BR. We were 2 adults & 2 teenagers & it did the job for us with a king size bed and double size futon. Nicely decorated. Amenities in the kitchen, bathroom & laundry room helped a lot.
