We loved this condo! We spent 3 nites for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The condo was so clean, cozy and very quiet and the nice little basket of welcome snacks were appreciated. The coastal decor is beautiful and the blue color of walls is tranquil. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing ! We spent most of our time enjoying the view from the balcony, watching the waves and listening to the ocean sounds. The sunrises were gorgeous. We saw dolphins swimming by at different times of the day. The beach is easily accessible with only a short walk away. Having a designated parking space was a blessing. We only used the Master bedroom with king size bed and it was so comfortable. Ritu was quick to respond to any questions and checked on us after arrival to be sure we were getting settled in. We would highly recommended staying in this unit and would definitley return again in the future hopefully for a longer stay next time. :)

My friends and I have an annual getaway trip every summer and we are so happy to have found this condo! The location was perfect. Beautiful oceanfront views and the beach was never crowded, even on the weekend. I loved watching the ocean sunrise from the balcony each morning. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided, which made packing that much easier. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Ritu is a wonderful host and very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Centrally located to historic downtown, quite family friendly condo complex, first floor unit was nice and still had wonderful ocean view. Beach area isn’t overly crowded. Found several shark teeth! We didn’t visit the small pool but it appeared to be clean and enjoyed by other folks. This was our first time to AI and the condo was perfect for a first visit stay to get to know the area!

The place was okay, didn’t feel super clean. There was a big stain on one of the bed sheets like it hadn’t been washed, and we washed the sheet because of this and that stain.. came out. So that was gross… nice big brown stain on the fitted sheet. The window in the other bedroom was left opened, when I went to shut it it wouldn’t lock shut. That felt safe…not. The sinks had black stuff coming out, that’s all been cleaned now as I wiped off all the sink heads that hadn’t probably ever been cleaned. And the giant roach in the kitchen I left under the Lysol wipes container. I just set the container on top of it. That was kind of the icing on the cake for us… We left the next day and went else where for the remainder of our vacation. I wanted to like it. But…
