About this cabin rental


Located in the Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin this hand built Amish cabin sits on a ridge surrounded by 40 private acres of woods and meadow for hiking and exploring. Quiet rural setting for privacy but close enough to Viroqua, Gays Mills or Readstown for shopping groceries etc. In the main room a woodburning stove keeps things cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee grinder and all dishes and utensils. The bedroom and loft both have queen size beds, plus an aerobed, pack and play, and convertible sofa bed. High speed internet, television and a stereo/radio are available.
There is a Weber kettle for grilling and a firepit in the yard for starry night campfires.
We welcome guests of all faiths and creeds regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.
Perfect for a retreat, or a base for exploring the regions parks and trout streams. We are dog friendly!
There is a $20 pet fee per dog, per night. Dogs only.
No hunting is allowed on the property.

This property is just as advertised. Very quiet on wooded acres. Great area. Very easy booking and check-in/out process. Very good price.

Beautiful property surrounded by the best landscape Wisconsin has to offer!! The cabin has been around a minute and is starting to show some age and weathering, but also had some nice updates. Very satisfied!
