This three-bedroom villa is nestled within a small and complex, offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Located on the outskirts of the charming town of Polis, with private pool and close proximity to the sea, an array of colorful bougainvillea welcomes you to the villa.
The open-plan ground floor is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a modern corner sofa, a dining area, and a well-equipped compact kitchen. A guest WC is also available on this level. Two sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The mature, well-tended gardens offer a good sense of privacy, where you can unwind. Enjoy the sunshine with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, gather for alfresco dining using the portable BBQ in the shaded outdoor seating area.
Upstairs, the principal bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool, with breathtaking sea views. A second double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a spacious family bathroom, ensuring ample space for all guests.

This is a comfortable villa with a nice sized pool and plenty of accommodation. It is located quite a long way from the centre of Polis which is perhaps a 10 minute drive away. The villa is part of a larger development which is beginning to look quite tired and is situated on its own surrounded by fields and scrub land. It is quite well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and reasonable amounts of crockery and cooking utensils. The pool was a good size for swimming, but the floor was quite dirty in several places. There were also quite unsightly looking cracks in the stonework around the pool. The villa sleeps six in three separate bedrooms, but the beds were awfully hard. The wifi router was also extremely old and completely inadequate if several people were trying to access it at the same time. However, all in all it worked as an excellent base for exploring this part of Cyprus and we had a wonderful holiday.
