Ideally located near downtown Scottsdale. The Fashion Square Mall, Old Town, Scottsdale Art District, Talking Stick Casino, Casino Arizona, Spring Training for AZ Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, San Francisco Giants, and Chicago Cubs, Top Golf Food, Fun & Games, Barrett Jackson Car Show, and Phoenix Open all within a few minutes ride. Three large bedrooms w/King Beds & a Bonus Room w/Queen Murphy Bed. Huge Master Bedroom with Spa like shower and two other updated bathroom, ceiling fans throughout, pool table, swimming pool, large jacuzzi, huge kitchen, WiFi, flat screen TV's with Direct TV, gas fireplace, washer & dryer, gas grill, and several tables and seating in large backyard. Dogs permitted with additional fees. NO Cats allowed.

The owner was very nice. He wanted
to make sure we would be comfortable
and have what we needed. He left me
his cell phone number and said to call
him if we had any issues. I had never been at a vrbo house before, John made it a nice experience. We had
plenty of space for all of the people
that came to the party. It was clean.
I would rent this house again. Thank you.

Thanks a bunch to John - the property owner. He was so responsive and accommodating regarding a few requests. We were celebrating our sons 21st birthday and had lots of friends come a go throughout the weekend - the setup was perfect. Pool, jacuzzi, pool table - were all big hits! It was a quick weekend trip and once we checked in - never left! Thanks again John - we truly enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful and perfect for everyone to sleep comfortably! Neighbors complained about our live music but everything else was perfect!

I can't say enough good things about this listing. John was incredibly helpful (he even came by and helped me get the heat lamps running). Everything was super clean (including the pool/hot tub). His rules were very straight forward and no fuss. We were hanging out outside pretty late, and the neighbors didn't cause any problems. If you're looking for a place for a large group, don't look any farther!
