Huge, 3500+ sf, gorgeous home with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Newer construction, this home has it all. Set on 7 1/2 secluded acres with 200' of private water frontage on an all-sports lake.
2 private docks, private sport court, downstairs game room, large yard, and so much more! Open land plus beautiful, mature trees.
There is a huge master bedroom with King bed, private bath with soaking tub, massive walk-in closet, separate shower and double sink. This room also has a Full/twin Trundle.
Bedroom #2 has a full-sized bed, twin bunk beds, and a closet
Bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed
Bedroom #4 has a full-sized bed, twin bunk beds, and a closet
There is also a kids mini bed and crib that floats around from room to room.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a full bathroom complete with double sink and bath with shower.
Lower level has Bedroom #5 with queen bed, private bath with stand-up shower, sink, and closet
Lower level has a room with Full/Twin bunk and twin Trundle
The main floor aslo has a room furnished with another twin trundle
Kitchen is open to a huge living, informal dining room with breakfast bar, big-screen TV, complete with Direct TV, Nintendo Wii and DVD player. Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and comfy cozy sofas. Main dining room has a CD player and connects to a huge screened-in deck with patio furniture (perfect for dining al fresco! - without the bugs!), fire pit, BBQ grill, and awesome view of the forestry and lake.
There is a 'formal' dining room with table that seats 6. Grand, two-story entry atrium.
Lower level has TV, pool table (or ping-pong), darts, arcade games, extra refrigerator, and microwave all with walk-out access.
Whatever you want to do - it's here! swimming, fishing, boating, sports, walking, trails, relaxing, cooking, sledding, nearby skiing, pool, ping-pong, pac-man, exercise, and so much more! The perfect setting for retreats, meetings, reunions, seminars, vacation, big family gatherings, and fun (or romantic) get-a-ways!
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or ANIMALS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. FURTHER, WE DO NOT RENT THE HOME FOR PROMS, BACHELOR PARTIES, ETC.
If you intend to have "visitors" during your stay, exceeding your quoted headcount, please make sure to contact us in advance so that we can discuss and arrange accordingly. Unauthorized "visitors" will be invoiced at the current additional person rate for the duration of the reservation and may be subject to forfeiture of damage deposit.

The house was clean and big enough for our family. The lake was very pretty and clear. You thought of everything, like the basketball court, and the water toys, and the ping pong table. It was a great experience and everyone enjoyed the stay. We have been renting houses for 20 years and my family thinks this is the best house we have ever stayed in. We definitely will be back!

I cannot express how awesome this property is for a large group!!! It is updated, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly stocked for anything and everything you might need both inside and out. We co-owned a family cottage and often had 25 people with multiple generations. I promise you, I know what a well stocked easy place to be in looks like. :)Jimmy was an excellent host and responded super quickly to each and every question I gave him. The property and the house are incredible. The lake itself was warm, clean, great for fishing and doable for some sports. We rented a pontoon boat and it worked for everybody. There was plenty of seating down by the beach, as well as plenty to float on. Our family had kayak races around the floating dock. We weren’t quite sure what we would need so we brought almost everything. The only thing we brought that he didn’t already have was a canopy tent for some extra shade, although there were trees and beach umbrellas, and our corn hole bag game. :) There was a bit of a walk from the house down to the lake, but it was no problem at all. Gave us a little exercise for all the eating and drinking we were doing :-). The property itself is gorgeous and the basketball court with lights was a huge hit.If you are in a position to pre-plan your meals and bring it up, he has two refrigerators to accommodate lots of food. If you’re not, the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away. Not a big deal. TOTALLY Recommend!

The Bloomingdale house is incredible. Spacious, great AC, roomy, and you can walk out the back door down to the lake---so beautiful! Jimmy was incredible with his communication and his willingness to make it a great 3 days! We could not have had a better time and even with 23 people under one roof we had plenty of space! Can't wait to return!
