About this house rental
Brand New Construction Finished July 3 2020!! This is an almost identical home to one other listing we have (#1225240). Actually this home has one additional bedroom and is a little larger!! This home has 9 bedrooms all with queen beds and 5 of them have bunk beds in them. There are two bunk rooms with two sets of bunk beds in each - full on bottom, twin on top. This home sites on 17 acres and sits over a 1,000 ft back from the road. Outdoor noise is a major concern at this home, there is zero tolerance for outside speakers and quite time starts at 10pm per township laws. Five and a half bathrooms.
Very large 18'x44' in ground pool with automatic cover and diving board. Heated to 82 degrees. First 8' of pool is 8" deep-great for the little ones, then steps down to 3'6" shallow end then gradual fades to deep end with Diving Board!! 6 person hot tub. Sand Volleyball court. Horseshoe pits. Outdoor fire pit. Large screened in porch overlooking pool and creek bottom. Pool is heated and open from May 15- October 15. Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Foosball table in lower walkout level. 12 bicycles of misc sizes are provided for upur use. Solid surface countertops, all new appliances. All new mattresses, pillows, linens, comforters, bath towels, pool towels. Kitchenette in lower level. Stained concrete floors in lower level. This home sits on 17 wooded acres and a pond stocked with fish. This property has enough parking for large family gatherings and is really set up well for grandparents and toddlers alike. There is something for everyone. Large amounts of seating in Kitchen/Dinning room (around 22 chairs and 14 barstools). This home is located 4 miles from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Five miles from the world famous Oval Beach., 5 miles from Holland. 5-10 miles from apple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, pumpkin picking, wineries, brewery, cider mill hard cider brew house, Lake Michigan. There are tons of antique shops and markets in the area. The towns of Saugatuck and Douglas are fantastic little towns, lots of unique stores, many art galleries, great restaurants and bars. There are also a handful of boat rental places for pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skies. There are also great fishing charters that leave from each town.
No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for families! No weddings, no receptions. No firearms, no atvs. No Outside Speakers are allowed! Outdoor quiet time is 10pm, no exceptions.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and the pool was wonderful. We asked for the heat in the pool to be turned up and the host immediately complied. Keeping the noise down was a bit of a challenge when everyone was enjoying the pool, however, we should all be respectful, right? The only draw back was having all the towels washed, dried and put away before check out at ten o’clock. We did a lot of scurrying around for that. All in all, our family and extended family loved our time here. We would definitely stay here again.

At first look things seem fine . Sheets don’t stay on the beds and towels seems old . One bedroom upstairs had mold and two of the bathrooms downstairs had mold shower walls & doors . Washers was not working right would go off balance and stop . The dryer to the right had a broken door hedge . Hot tub was old and filter sounded like it was going to stop at any minute . The pond was more of a storm drain .
