The distance to the haram was decent as there was a shuttle that ran every hour for the most part. There were shops and restaurants right next to the hotel and a masjid across the street. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay.
The elevator wait time during breakfast would be 30+ min. The bathrooms had urine stains on the seat and was not clean when we checked in. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly unfortunately.

The staffs are very hospitable and the location is ideal, in fact they have shuttle service to haram and Qatari mosque is just opposite of the hotel.
Breakfast is outstanding. Room services and facilities are very good.
The shuttle service which is been provided stops pretty much on the other side of haram which can take around 15 min of walk to the center.
Due to the number of rooms the lift is a bit challenging to get. They have good gym but it looks like the access to it is a bit harder
