I am writing this review on behalf of my family, who stayed at the hotel. They had a wonderful experience and were very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and the excellent service provided by the staff. We would especially like to thank Miss Khulood for her exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Her warm welcome, respectful manner, and willingness to help made our family's stay truly memorable. She is a valuable asset to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate her outstanding service.
Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.
