The worst place to stayand a respectless treatment from the rental comany Happy holidays

Honestly, there is nothing good to say about this location, I cannot recommend at all to someone to book it. Was my worst experience I had in my life with a place to stay.

. ..The apartment was both dirty and uncleaned and had an awfulll smell specially in the area of the living room. There was dirt on the table, the floor, on the balcony, on the kitchen equipment on the sofa, the mirror. After a shower med feet stuck to the floor to mention something. We contacted the local contactperson called Marc, He was not at all cooperative first he denied that the flat was uncleaned, he wanted us to send pictures what we did. He mentioned so that the pictures where done the morning after arrival in the night before and that we could have done the dirt. (Even tough it is real question how much dirt you mange to leave in a flat after a sort night.) We so sendt him a video from the dirt from the time of arrival the night before,so he had to agree that there was "some" dirt as he wrote. "Some"... He wanted someone to come to check the smell and the situation of the flat. The man was a chief of the cleaning company we showed him the dirt, he was smelling the smell and even wondering where it would come from, we localized the worst place of bad smell and he was wondering if it could be from smoke. Marc so told us that this man denied the smell. Marc gave us the opportunity that he could send to the flat cleaning stuff for "freshening upp" We answered that we could not see that the problem with the smell and dirt could be so easily solved, so we wanted to leave the apartment and asked them for å refund at least that the apartment would have been given free for rental for others on the booking.com honepage. They even did not do that even though the booking com xompany cstomer service mentioned that this was reasonable. The company"happy holidays" did not even do that.as we had booke for 7 nights I had hope that they could have found new turists who wanted to rent that location, so that we could get a refund for somr nights. No cooperation at all, Marc was cheeky,, and respectless to me as a woman.

Wynajmowane mieszkanie jest stare, zakurzone, zagracone. Rzeczy tam umieszczone sa mocno zuzyte, brudne. Nie powinny byc oferowane klientom. Mieszkanie wymaga remontu, nowych mebli i sprzętów.
