Every morning birds will sing you wake up songs. Gorgeous wood peckers can be seen from the wrap-around deck. The sun rises through the trees into the master bedroom.
At night, the stars shine through the sky light. There is no more romantic setting... yet it's great to share with lots of family and friends as well.
Casa is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Main St. in Highlands, yet it's cozy and tucked away in the woods. You will absolutely love it and return often. Guaranteed!

Second time staying here, it is a fantastic home and very private and green everywhere. I would highly recommend it!

Cabin needs a deep clean. We had cobwebs in master bathroom, a dead mouse in trap in kitchen closet that had obviously been there a while. The grounds around the cabin need some cleaning up and the driveway is in bad condition. I had branches overhanging the driveway rubbing against the car entering and exiting. Kitchen drawers were dirty in spots. Perhaps our biggest problem was a skylight directly over the master bed which meant at 6:15 am you had a nice bright wake up call. Overall, its dated and needs a good cleaning and updating. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
