Enjoy this secluded cottage on Lake Lanier with Private Dock for long term rental. Dock is a single slip with two port sports for jet skis.
This home sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. Huge GREAT room with fireplace. Incredible Kitchen! Both bedrooms have queen pillowtop beds. Air mattresses onsite if needed. Young Deer boat ramp 1 mile.
Cottage has smart TVs with streaming and WIFI. Fireplace inside. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, gas grill, lots of different sized vests, play toys (noodles, & kayaks). Nicely decorated, has all the comforts of home and all the necessities. Chairs on the dock to relax, as you swim, fish, or watch the sunset.
Whether you are into boating, water sports, fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking or shopping you won’t find a more convenient location on the lake.
Located one mile from Young Deer Boat ramp and 2 miles from Georgia 400 (exit 17).
Grocery store – Publix, Kroger, and Super Walmart only a few miles away.
North Georgia premium outlets - 12 miles - Dawsonville, Ga

It was a great little place to reset after moving out of my house from a closing beautiful location. You felt like you were in the middle of the forest with lake access be a few minutes from stores. Will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful cottage in a serene setting. It was one of the most relaxing visits we have had to Atlanta. We enjoyed the outdoor space and loved having coffee every morning on the beautiful deck.

Very beautiful property and house. Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Dock with direct access to lake lanier.

The cabin was even better than the photos. It also was equipped with everything a guest could possibly need, and more. Very peaceful and the lake view was great. Loved every minute of our stay, and definitely want to stay again.
