About this house rental
Tucked in to a cove just a 5 minute boat ride to Gainesville Marina and minutes by car to all the conveniences of groceries and restaurants in downtown Gainesville is this quiet and majestic 3-acre lake property. A blessing for families who desire a place to escape and get away. Guests have plenty parking including boat trailer storage and will stay on the terrace level where every room has beautiful views of Lake Lanier. Just off the patio is a fire pit and a hot tub for your use. Your reserved boat slip is just a short gradual walk off the back porch.
To be clear, my wife and I live on the upper floor and guest stay in the private terrace below that has a separate driveway, entrance, patio fire pit, outdoor griddle and hot tub ... all within view and a short easy walk to the lake.

I want to thank Mark and Claudia. I met Mark and enjoyed our talk and I know Claudia decorate our private apartment like cottage. It’s was beautiful We brought our two dogs they got to swim. They are dog lovers. We plan on staying here every time we stay at Lake Lanier. It was relaxing. It’s a must stay if you are staying at Lake Lanier.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were wonderful, the accommodations were better than expected, and the lake access was perfect. Our teens absolutely loved playing in the water and jumping off the dock. I loved the ambiance of watching the sunset from the top of the dock. All around wonderful stay for our family and we plan on returning in the future!
