HOME OVERVIEW
Enter through the attached 2-car garage into the mudroom to dry off before you head upstairs. Feel free to kick your shoes off--we have heated hickory wood floors throughout the home!
A few steps up is Living Room 1, set with a 52-inch TV, multimedia center, beautiful stone fireplace, and a wet bar perfect for Après Ski celebrations. Double doors open to your private hot tub, maintained year-round.

The first level also features a queen suite (sleeps 2) with an attached bath and walk-in closet, along with a kid's bunk room furnished with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and dedicated bathroom. Off to the side is a laundry room, stocked with a full size washer and dryer.

The Master Suite is accessed via its own private landing and offers a fireplace, TV, and secluded balcony retreat. The spa-like bathroom features dual vanities, heated floors, a soaking jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower with a sauna/steam-style feature, while an oversized walk-in-closet adds to the sense of space. A trundle bed allows the space to comfortably accommodate an entire family (sleeps 4).

Continue upwards and you'll arrive to the main gathering space. Marked by a dramatic stone fireplace, Living Room 2 bathes you in warm sunlight from the ample windows surrounding the room, while high ceilings extend up to the upper level. With the beautiful Colorado mountains right outside, it feels like living in your own personal snow globe!

The living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, with a spacious island and bar counter that wraps around for easy gathering. Premium Viking appliances make cooking a pleasure, while the large dining table, seating up to 12, is perfect for family feasts, game nights, or leisurely mornings. Wall-to-wall windows showcase uninterrupted mountain views, and a wrap-around balcony invites you to breathe in the crisp alpine air. Complete with a full outdoor dining set and a large grill, it’s the ideal spot for both dining and entertaining.

The upper level offers an additional bedroom (sleeps 2) and daybed with a trundle (sleeps 2), along with a private bathroom and a desk/office space for those who can’t leave work behind!

Skiing is just minutes away from the front door via the Burro Trail, a ski and hiking access path. This Trail leads to the Peak 9 Beaver Run chair lift down to the base of Peak 9 Quick Silver Lift. Ski-in is available from Flapjack off of Peak 10 and is recommended for experienced skiers. Others may choose to take the complementary private shuttle or park in town.
A complementary private skier shuttle stop is available less than 50 yards from the house to whisk skiers and riders to the slopes and to Main Street in minutes: available mid-December through April. It runs every 20 minutes and is super convenient for our guests.

12 of my friends and I flew in from all over to celebrate my birthday! The house was spacious enough for all of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed from extra towels to kitchen things to extra blankets. It’s a quick 6 minute drive to town. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the night. The beds were super comfy. Big kitchen table for all of us to eat and play games. We even made a fox friend we named Freddy who came to visit us every morning. The owner was quick to respond and even let us check in 2 hours early. Unfortunately, the hot water heater was broken and because it was MDW they couldn’t get the part to fix it. So we had ice cold water all weekend. However, we made the most of it and it became a running joke that we were “glamping in a mansion”. The owner was super accommodating and offered to let us shower at a different location. I would highly recommend this place!!

The property is great and is able to sleep plenty. Skiing In to the property is fairly difficult and is for experienced skiers only.

We stayed over the New Years holiday. Overall the house was great! Plenty of room for our party of 10. We haven't been to Breckenridge in 10 years and forgot how busy it can be, stay away from the Quicksilver lift at the bottom of peak 9! Although the shuttle service was very convenient with only 1 shuttle running sometimes because of the crowd you will have to wait for 2 or even 3 shuttles (45minutes) I don't know why they do not run at lease 2 shuttles during peak days/times. Also, on the ski out this could be tricky for snowboarders, most the run is flat so you maybe walking. We did not try the ski in.

We all had a great time on our annual ski trip and loved the house but there were a few things we didn't love. The location of the house was amazing and trail access for intermediate skiers was great, beginner skiers access the mountain via the free shuttle which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need in a working kitchen. The house was surface clean and is in serious need of a deep clean. Most of the windows were filthy and in need of cleaning. The hot tub didn't have enough water covering the jets so we couldn't really use it. The area around the hot tub hadn't been cleaned in a while as there was random flip flops lying about from past guests. In the end we loved the house and location and would rebook for our next trip.

Came out with some friends for our yearly ski trip and had a blast. The property was immaculate and the base of peak 9 is right there! 10/10 would go back.

The house is amazing, beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay including the jacuzzi ( perfect in winter). It’s clean and easy to get in to, the shuttle for the peaks really worth it and we enjoy a lot our stay. Thank you for everything.
