About this house rental
Our Villa Avlia house was built in 2018 and welcomes you for your next luxury holiday on the island of Naxos. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Paros, as well as absolutely beautiful sunsets.
The location is 25 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the village of Vivlos,. You will be surrounded by nature so that you can enjoy a relaxing and calm holiday. Our villa offers a superb swimming pool 9m long, a terrace with lounge and dining table .. The villa has been tastefully decorated for your comfort. It is ideal for couples and families (with children).
Arranged on three levels., The lower floor includes a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to its own terrace. The ground floor comprises a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and its own bathroom. A staircase leads to the bedroom on the top floor with its bathroom and two terraces. Access to the pool and outdoor dining area is via the ground floor or the lower floor through an exterior stone staircase.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.
To note
The pool is unattended. Customers are responsible for the safety of minors who use the premises.
Access to Villa Avlia is mandatory by car and the path is unpaved (over 1 km) with 2 important slopes.
In the surrounding area:
You have to try the local salty pies and sweet cakes from the local bakery at Vivlos - "you will go back".
Visiting the local butcher in Glinado is an experience: pork and sausages are "to die for".
The nearest beach is Mikri Vigla, less than 10 minutes by car.
You will need a car to go to the villa.

The house is great and has amazing views. Be aware of the drive up to the house - you need a car that can handle the dirt roads and really steep hills, especially if your car is heavy with a family of five and several large bags!

This house was perfect for 4 adults and our 8-year-old son. The pool is amazing and the views can't be beat. However, when they say the drive to the house is not for the faint of heart that is true. It's a one lane dirt road with two very steep hills and once you get off the main road the drive is 7 to 10 min of slow dirt roads. We did have a hard time finding it the first time as we came in as it was getting dark. Driving at night is especially challenging. We live in the mountains so this type of driving is ok for us but if you're not used to it could be stressful. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Beautiful view, great hosts, comfy beds, awesome pool, kind neighbors…couldn’t ask for anything more. Don’t be too nervous about the road; experienced drivers won’t have any issues. Book immediately!

This property is exceptional and the host answered any questions we had. The kitchen is fully equipped and some supplies were left for us to enjoy upon our arrival. We did noy get to enjoy the pool as the water was a little cold as the pol is not heated. Pool was nice and clean though.Getting to the property was an adventure for us. The drive from the main road to the property is not for the faint of heart. We rented a Jeep Renegade that was good for the drive in to the property. A car would not be a suitable vehicle to travel into the property. You definately need a vehicle with some clearance.The views from this property are spectacular and worth the it. There is also a new super market just down the road that made getting supplies easy.We would definately recommend this spot and would book this property again!
