The deck steps and beach access needs some repair but that is only complaint. House had everything you would need. Very quiet and peaceful

Kitty’s Place was not fancy- very 1950-60 retro but had all that we needed. Very clean. Really enjoyed our stay there. Will try to stay there again.

My family of 5 stayed at Kitty's Place and we had a great time. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It is on a quiet street with a nice view of the marsh. And it's a short walk to the beach, with access at the end of the road. In the car parking area, there were beach chairs and boogie boards. (We assume they were available for us to use.) The house is located towards the west end of the beach, 5 miles from the bridge. It's a pretty quiet town (perfect for us) with a few shops and restaurants. We brought bikes with us and rode up and down Ocean Drive for the 5 - 6 mile stretch. There's also an ice cream shop at the three mile marker, which is walk-able (a longish walk back and forth) on the beach. A few highlights for us....we watched baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean in the evening (the turtle patrol folks were VERY nice and helpful), we saw a painted bunting in one of the marsh areas (bring binoculars if you're interested), we rented jet skis (there are a couple of rental places across the bride), and of, course, we enjoyed the beach itself. The beach area across the house was never crowded. And the water was a really nice temperature.The management company was very responsive when we completed the rental. We did not need to contact them while we were there. All in all, I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return.
