About this house rental
Custom home built in 2002 offers an open, bright floor plan, well stocked kitchen, fenced yard and expansive decks. Located on the preferred side of the canal so the rear decks receive afternoon shade. With five bedrooms (two of which are Masters with King beds) and five full baths there is bed space for 12 people. WIFI, hammock, Weber charcoal grill, gas grill, and more.
Two Kings, One Queen, Bunk bed with Twin & Double bed, One other Twin and one Double. PLEASE NOTE: Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. are not included and must be provided by Guest. See Rental Agreement attachment for details. Rental linens & towels are available to rent through several companies on the island.
Check-in is 2pm or later. Check-out is 10am.
Located on a deep-water, concrete canal you can enjoy views of the canal and Intracoastal Waterway. Direct access to the ICW and a dock with freshwater wash down makes boating a pleasure. Even if you don’t have a boat everyone enjoys fishing, crabbing and swimming in the canal.
OIB Charges for Beach Access Parking (cars & golf carts) - Hourly, Daily & Weekly Rates - •$5 per hour for up to 3 hours•$20 per day and durations longer than 3 hours (with buy-up to Max $20)•$80 per week as seven consecutive days from the time of purchase
Cable TV, Stereo, Ceiling Fans in Each Bedroom, Whirlpool Tub in Upstairs Master bath, DW, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Outdoor Shower & Two freshwater wash downs, Washer & Dryer in Dedicated Laundry Room. Please note the fireplace is not operable. There are no gas appliances in the home due to safety concerns.
We require a signed rental agreement prior to your stay. No house parties, Spring Break events or other large gatherings are allowed. House is monitored by on-island staff and a violation will automatically terminate your stay.

Could not have been better. The house was perfect for our large family, canal for fishing and boating was awesome for the grandkids. There are plenty of fun things to do on the property to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals. Very easy walk to the beach. The host was fantastic to communicate with us. We will rent this home again. Awesome week!

We've rented many homes in Ocean Isle over the years and this is one of the best! Love the location on the canal, the cleanliness and all the amenities! The layout is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Well stocked with everything you need for a perfect week at the beach!

The house is beautiful, well stocked kitchen, ample space for 8 adults. Good location mid way on the island and two short blocks walk from the beach. Will definitely return!

Home is very worn...bedding needs replacement, bed coverings very worn out..many floor tiles broken, carpet dirty, stains on sofas, mildew on outside surfaces....all gates need repair...Found many lg. Roaches in garage...and even in 1st floor bedroom!
House plan is great and spacious..kitchen is well equipped, but owner has not thrown out the old stuff...like scratched fry pans,etc.. lots of room and furniture on porches.. green grass in back yard is only nice thing I can comment on! Other photos of home are surely10 years old..
Will not rent this one again.
