About this house rental
This five-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home is 2300 square feet and may be rented by a maximum occupancy of 10 persons ages 6+. The reverse floor plan has a large open living room with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen space, two bedrooms, one bath and a barbecue on the top deck, upstairs. Downstairs features a family room with a large flat screen, wet bar and three bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths, laundry room with washer and dryer. It is both clean and comfortably furnished. The location is very central to all activities. Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Valley Ski areas are both 15-20 minutes away and Kirkwood & Homewood are 30 min away, great beaches, bike trails & horseback riding are a 15 minutes drive. Shopping, restaurants, and golfing 5 minutes. Nightlife is 15 minutes away. Our home is located on one-fourth acre and has vacant lots on either side. It has a wonderful mountain feel with lovely mountain views in a wonderful neighborhood . A perfect place for people to enjoy each other and the natural beauty around them. If you are planning wild parties or other activities that may cause damage, we suggest you look for a property more suitable for those activities. 2. QUIET HOURS must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Occupancy limit of 10 is required during the quiet hours. This is a County requirement.

4. Video monitoring is on external entry doors for property security.

We had a wonderful stay at Meadow Vale Lodge! The house was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect for exploring the Tahoe area, and the beautiful forest and mountain views made it even more special. Dennis & Mary were great hosts and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tahoe and would gladly stay here again.

Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware/dishware/utensils. Very spacious and clean, many rooms with extra pull out beds if needed. Close in proximity to the main area of South Lake Tahoe. Dennis and Mary were wonderful hosts. They were communicative about every step of the process and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay with them again!
