This property is simply amazing. It is newly remodeled!!!
Amazing comfort and welcoming surroundings in this great beachfront condo. Private balcony overlooks the sand and water PLUS you have a private terrace with direct access to the beach. Fully-equipped condo that requires you only drop off your bags and get out and have fun. Private, gated, intimate complex of only 20 units. The famous Mar Chiquita Beach is a few minute walk down the beach. Be sure you watch our video for a birds-eye view!
We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season.

The location of the condo is excellent. Right next to Mar Chiquita and a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the area. The balcony provides beautiful views and the rocking chairs are nice to relax in. The little yard out front is a fun place to hang out in. The bed in the primary is super comfortable, and the mini splits are quiet and keep the place comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property with private beach. I was often the only person out there! House was clean and complex was quiet. The pool is a plus especially since the beach is non-swimmable due to the karst formations. Take time to discover all sorts of mini ocean life living in the pools created by the karst. Great place!

This is a nice cozy place just steps away from the beach. My only complaint was the communication with the property manager...
