Luxurious apartment walkind distance to the beach, near to downtown, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, golf course, supermarkets. Private parking lot, kayak's for adult and childrens with their respective life jackets, quiet balcony for rest in the "Hamaca". It has air conditioning in all areas, washing machine, dryer for the benefit of its guests. Easy access to the highway, 20 minutes from San Juan, Barcardi Distillery and metro area.

Overall I would recommend. We arrived late at night and the area looked a little sketch. But during the day we realized it wasn't so bad. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote. Close to the beach, local restaurants and bars. Roomy and clean. Comfortable beds.

The villa was sparkling clean. It was large and had a full bath and a half making it convenient to get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and bars.

The neighborhood is beautiful and steps away from the ocean. The cleaning crew needs to dust and clean the mirrors. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more. A few of the towels had stains so we didn’t use them. There were others with no stains, so we did use them. Beach towels were great. Loved having an in house washer and dryer. Really helpful. All newer appliances. It’s a beautiful condo. Sofas need updating. Seat cushions are getting weak. We enjoyed the foosball table was great fun. Otherwise the condo has everything you need. Please visit Sheila’s condo. The beach is literally a 2-3 min walk. It’s worth everything. By the way and although not mentioned in property description, they have wonderful restaurants and bars all within a 3-5 minute walk from your doorstep. One bar/restaurant even has a pickleball court. We had so much fun!!!
