About this house rental
This beach house, perfectly located just a few houses from a private beach, is in a quiet neighborhood great for family bike rides. This home features central air, a large family room and 4 spacious bedrooms. It also has a large deck for relaxing and cooking on the Weber grill. There is a large garage and 4 car driveway. Enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. With high speed internet and a 65 inch HD TV (cable TV) for all to enjoy in the family room we can't imagine anything else you'll need to make the most of your Cape vacation!!
The area: Five minute walk to Millway Marina, daily whale watches and boat rentals, great food and drink located at the Mattakeese Wharf Restaurant and the take out fresh fish Market. Go to downtown Barnstable Village for ice cream, shopping and restaurants or drive to nearby Craigville Beach.

This lovely Barnstable home was wonderfully spacious for seven adults, two children, seven and eleven, and a two year old! We used beach supplies provided, grilled on the rear deck, cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen and had plenty of room to eat together. The host even provided a clean and sturdy high chair. The location was great and close to everywhere we wanted or needed to go. Basement table games, card and board games, bicycles and beach accessories, televisions, WiFi and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating made boredom impossible, even during inclement weather. The host shared detailed information in advance and personally responded when needed. We all enjoyed our time together there.

We stayed here on trip with some seniors from school. The house was perfect for what we needed. The pool table, ping pong and darts were an awesome addition to the beach that was a very short walk away with little to no traffic in the area on top of that for the bicycles. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of seating for all at meal time. I highly recommend this house as it feels very remote and relaxed and Hyannis is less than 10 minutes away for anything you may need.

Loved our stay in Barnstable. The house was perfect! All the amenities, Christmas decorations and plenty of room to play games, eat and relax with Family. Short walk to the beach, easy ride into town, and a little snow to make it festive. Would highly recommend this house and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive.

Our group had a wonderful stay here in Barnstable. The house was even better than I imagined! The house was so spacious and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool table and foosball table were nice bonuses! The neighborhood was very cute and the house is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!
