This 2,900 sq ft home offers a spacious and functional layout across two levels, ideal for families and groups.
Main Level:
The first floor includes a welcoming living room, formal dining room, and a kitchen with an adjacent dining area. A bright four-season sunroom provides additional space to relax, and a half bath is conveniently located on this level.
The fifth bedroom is also located on the first floor and connects directly to the sunroom—ideal for added privacy or flexible sleeping arrangements.
Cooling on the main level is provided by three ducted mini-split systems, each with its own controller.
Off the dining area, step out onto a large 32’ deck complete with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill—perfect for meals and gatherings.
Upper Level:
The second floor features four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed, along with a full-size crib located in the large walk-in closet.
The remaining bedrooms include:
One king bed
One queen bed
One room with two single beds and a crib
An additional pack-and-play is also available for guest use.

Very roomy--plenty of room for all eleven of us. Living room big enough for our nightly Scattergories games. Loved the deck! Handy location for everything we wanted to do. We all had a great time!

The house was very clean and spacious and accomodated our family nicely. Location is very convenient to local beaches. We truly appreciated the air conditioning as the week we visited was very hot and humid. Host was very responsive. I'd stay again!

We loved our stay! Enjoyed and appreciated all the things the house had to offer. It was perfect for 5 adults, 3 young adults, 2 kids, an infant and a dog. We had plenty of space, the kids loved the yard and playing around the house. We loved the kitchen and everything it offered we were able to make plenty of meals. The location was great, plenty of beaches and things to do. Although we truly loved spending time at the house playing games, watching movies and relaxing.

Very comfortable house in great location on Cape Cod! West Barnstable has lots to offer, and Hyannis is very close by. Great restaurants and activities with short drive to lots of beaches and harbor fronts. House is family and pet-friendly. Comfy beds and lots of space. Great communication with owner, who is very helpful. Lovely 3-week stay for our family: parents and four 20-somethings, and two small dogs.
