• 5-minute drive to Craigville Beach, 10 minutes to Cape Cod Mall.
• An entertainment room.
• A dedicated working area with a standing desk.
• A dedicated sunroom. Perfect for board games, relaxing, or reading.
• Outdoor shower, dining, and gas grill.
• Level 2 EV charger.
Main Floor
• Kitchen & Dining Room: The bright dining area with garden views and seating for eight. Perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.
• Sunroom Sanctuary: Just off the dining room, the spacious sunroom offers another dining table for eight, a comfy lounge area, and a peaceful setting for reading, chatting, or game nights.
• Cozy Living Room: Enjoy natural light through the large bay window. Ideal for winding down after a beach day.
