Piso moderno en casco antiguo próximo a la playa

Este alojamiento no tiene absolutamente nada de lo que uno se pueda quejar. La ubicación excepcional, el apartamento es tal cual se enseña en las fotos, super acogedor y con todas las utilidades posibles para una buena estancia. Además, el host nos dejó bebidas en la nevera y capsulas de café como obsequio. La comunicación con el host super buena, fluida y claro y conciso en sus respuestas. Nos explicó todo super bien y estuvo super pendiente. La cama super cómoda y todo en general bastante limpio. 100% recomendable.

La posizione comoda per vivere la città (meglio evitare gli scalini per raggiungerla), la bellezza dell’appartamento: spazioso, confortevole e luminoso. Comoda la colazione sul piccolo tavolino e una bella cenetta sul tavolo con finestra aperta sulla via caratteristica. Cucina con tutti i confort a seconda delle esigenze. Alejandro è gentilissimo!! Si prende cura dell’ospite con presenza, aiuto in caso di dubbi, snack e bibite … ho anche trovato delle buonissime cialde per il caffè !

secondo anno nell’appartamento di Alejandro, secondo anno dove mi sento a casa! casetta piccola, ma con tutto il necessario. soprattutto in frigo trovi bibite di ogni tipo e la dispensa con merendine e caffè! come non adorare la sua gentilezza? ti affacci e sei sul barrio (vedi foto allegata). puoi arrivare alla playa del postiguet in pochi minuti, ma non solo… insomma si sta una meraviglia, lo consiglio a chiunque. a presto 🤗

The apartment is renovated and includes some thoughtful touches, such as drinks in the fridge at arrival and coffee pods. The location is truly excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. The apartment has an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom gets completely flooded every time you take a shower, which is very uncomfortable. Additionally, the sofa bed I was supposed to sleep on was in no condition to be used — it was completely broken. The owner didn’t provide bedding at first; I had to ask for it. When it was finally brought it and I went to make the bed at 10:00 p.m., I realized it was impossible to sleep on it. On top of that, the sheets they brought didn’t even fit the mattress. When I pointed it out to the owner, he said they were “universal,” but he then tried for several minutes to put them on himself and couldn’t manage to fit them either. The owner came in person, but didn’t apologize or offer any solution or compensation, even though I had paid for a proper bed, not to sleep on a broken mattress as if I were camping. The most serious part is that he already knew the bed was broken before renting the apartment out, and still allowed other people to sleep in those conditions. After insisting, calling customer service, and putting pressure on him, the bed was finally fixed — but the whole situation was very unpleasant and disappointing.
